Oven Barbecued Ribs






Today for Sunday dinner I made Ribs. This is my first attempt at anything like this, and I'd have to say that it turned out awesome. I got the idea for them from Back to the Family by Art Smith. I used my own, or my Dad's Maple Sauce, instead of his BBQ sauce recipe. I baked the ribs for 90 mins (covered) drained the fat added the onions and brushed the ribs with Maple Sauce, covered and returned to oven for another hour. Let sit for 10 mins before serving. They were amazing.
